This project is part of the study program at the European School of Physiotherapy in Amsterdam. The main idea of this website is to help stroke survivors in their subacute phase of rehabilitation by providing easy-to-follow video tutorials that explain how various home exercises are being performed.

 

This will allow stroke survivors to enhance their functional performance and therefore, facilitate their integration into the community.

 

The home exercise program does not cover the whole rehabilitation process, but rather tackles the lack of knowledge and proper performance technique of the particular exercises which have to be performed at home.
