Why should I improve walking ability?

According to a study conducted by Nave et al. (2019), exercises focused on walking ability improvement are proven to promote neuroplasticity and have beneficial effect on general functionality, cardiorespiratory fitness, mobility and prevention of stroke recurrence.

How do I enable subtitles?
